Data we collect
When you submit the quote form we keep your name, mobile number, optional email, work type, property type, area, city, service type, message text, any uploaded drawing, and IP address to process the request and protect the form from abuse. If you create a customer account we keep your name, email, mobile number and a hashed password so you can follow your enquiries.
How we use data
Form data is used only to respond to enquiries and quotation requests and to follow up potential projects. It is not sold to third parties.
Cookies and measurement
Session cookies are required for the form and to limit repeat submissions. Measurement tools such as Google Analytics 4 are optional and load only after your consent. You can refuse measurement without affecting browsing or sending an enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up the project or question, then deleted or restricted according to operational need.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data via the email below, subject to statutory record-keeping duties.
Customer account
From your profile you can update your name and mobile number, download a copy of your data, or delete the account. Quotation requests remain operational company records after they are unlinked from the account.
